🌺 When devastating wildfires derailed my client's Maui vacation, some quick, persistent, and very last minute changes allowed me to get this family into Disney's Aulani Resort 2 days later. Vacation saved!

🏨 A delayed check-in process for a client made them miss a chunk of their day. Instead of missing any more, I was the one that was on the phone getting them the compensation they deserved for their time lost while they were off enjoying their vacation.

✈️ When flight changes altered a check-in date for my client, the resort was already sold out for the new arrival date. With some persistent checking, refreshing, and phone calls... I was able to get my clients new date secured.
